It was clean and the staff were helpful, beds were big. The room was fantastic and impeccably clean, I loved to be there. Had shared bathroom with all essentials. The location was particularly good, for example, a historic museum was at a medium distance from the hotel...

The staff was POLITE plus the location was marvellous and super. Our room had an exceptionally comfortable bed and a great view. The service was excellent with parking by the hotel.

During our stay at Chao She, we were pleasantly surprised by the convenient location. The hotel was right beside a 7-11, making it easy for us to grab snacks and essentials. The room was comfortable, with a big bed and basic amenities like towels and toiletries. We also appreciated the free bike rental, which allowed us to explore the city at our own pace. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and we were grateful for the helpful information provided by the staff. we had a positive experience at Chao She and would recommend it to others.

Spent my New Year holidays in this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised! The bed was really comfortable and the sheets were soft. Loved the fact that they provided us with towels, bottled water, hairdryer and basic toiletries. The breakfast was pretty decent, especially the hot dishes. Plus, the lady serving us was very friendly and hospitable. What I loved the most was the location, it was super convenient to explore the city and there were plenty of shops and restaurants around. , the free bike hire was a huge plus, we got to explore more of the city on our own.

Although I had a great time, there were some downsides. the noise from the nearby construction site was really annoying, especially early in the morning when we were trying to sleep.

The staff was quite friendly and accommodating during my stay. the hotel's prime location made it easy to explore the area and get to nearby restaurants and attractions. I appreciated the free Wi-Fi and complimentary breakfast, which were both quite useful during my trip.

The sheets didn't feel clean at all and the bedding even had some noticeable stains on it. there was only one wall outlet available for two people, which wasn't very convenient.

The hotel is located on a nice street in a quiet area with new facilities. It's easy to get to other places from here. The staff is very nice and friendly. The price is also reasonable.

They don't provide shower gel or shampoo which can be inconvenient for some travelers.
